The air conditioning was practically non-existent, and don't even get me started on those hideous apple tags for the house keys. I expected some semblance of a complimentary gesture for my trouble, but apparently, that's too much to ask! I almost wrote a glowing review but just couldn't.

Everything was excellent, including welcoming staff and marvellous location to the correct tram. We stayed in the deluxe double room with a seriously comfortable bed and truly enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was short walk to Amsterdam, Anne Frank House and RijksMuseum, and food restaurants...

The staff were amazing from arrival to departure. Our deluxe double room was equipped with very comfortable bed, An MINI BAR, for example. The breakfast was very very good with bagels and Beans and the ambiance was refined. Overall the service was top-notch! There was a public parking nearby, available for gbp 39 per day. The croissants at Breakfast were a buttery delight, and discovering the nearby Wok to Walk for quick meals was a game changer. Eline and Erik's warm hospitality, with daily refreshments and invaluable local tips.
It unseasonably warmed up , and without air conditioning, the room got a bit toasty.

The Beautiful Double Room was super cozy and had a giant bed that felt heavenly! Eline's attention to detail was excellent-there were free snacks, drinks, and even chocolates waiting for us. It was spotlessly clean, and I loved the warm scent as soon as I walked in. And a well-stocked mini-bar made relaxing with some wine and cheese easy. Just a perfect stay!
